Researching and Optimising PPC campaigns
Effectively strategising accounts with multi-million-pound budgets
Being responsible for the strategy and planning of campaigns
Strong client-facing element
Working under the Search Account manager
Ensuring the account is kept on track at junior level
1.5 years' + Paid Search experience
Data-Savvy and Numbers-focused candidate
Experience working in a media team, within a full service agency
Excellent client facing skills, with polished presentation, communication, and analytical skills
Have strong organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects at once and work under pressure
Proactive approach to work
Proven experience in managing a team of at least 4 people
Hands on approach and passion for working in a fast-paced team
Ability to motivate and lead a team and manage up
Experience in working on regional or global accounts
Maintain gravitas, forward thinking and strategic initiative
Fully conversant with digital media and able to think across the whole media mix
