Having recruited for this company since 2012, we have worked closely to help them build various teams - they are highly regarded in the programmatic space and have grown hugely over this period.

The team is made up of incredibly smart people and they are highly regarded in the industry. Although their specialism is programmatic they have recently started diversifying to other padi media channels.


The Role:

As Programmatic Account Manager, you will be responsible for owning programmatic with one major current client. This is a very strategic client services role which will encompass:

  • Client facing role - responsible for delivering best-in class client service to a major existing client. This role will project manage at a strategic level and oversee tactical teams who are buying and executing media buys via DSP's (Traders)

  • Media Planning – working with the client to build programmatic media strategies for example, retargeting, prospecting, display, mobile, video etc

  • Consulting – being an evangelist/educator”, working closely with the client to educate them on audience targeting, data management and programmatic buying

  • Upselling - growing budgets from the existing client through identifying trends that may require embracing new strategies/tests


Skills & Attributes:

This is a very varied role, therefore our client are looking for a highly organised account management professional, with a track record of closely partnering with clients. 

  • 2+ years Account Management experience in the Digital Media industry

  • Strong knowledge of the DSP space - including AppNexus, DBM, MediaMath, Turn and the role data plays in programmatic media buying

  • A team player, passionate about the phenomenal growth of the programmatic landscape


Remuneration: £35-42k Base Salary + Bonus + Full Benefits Package
