At this agency, there is a place for everyone – and the opportunity to grow, learn and thrive in a range of teams will spark your career journey.
This role will be working across planning, strategy, client management and some direct in-platform work. You will have the opportunity to manage projects, create scheduling roadmaps and lead the upskilling of your teammates.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee your team’s programmatic accounts; ensuring ongoing and timely optimisation is delivered by the team.
- Further develop in-depth knowledge of all programmatic and relevant 3rd party platforms, operating as in-agency expert / trusted advisor to clients in your field of specialism, whilst showing a good understanding of the overall media landscape.
- Oversee development of your clients’ testing plans to organise both tactical, and mid- term campaign actions and goals.
About you
- Digital agency-side working with hands-on experience of Programmatic DV360 & Google Ads.
- Highly developed interpersonal, team building and relationship management skills.
- Experience with running multi-million-dollar campaigns across EMEA.

If this sounds like something you’d be open to, I would love to set up a call to chat through the role in more detail.
Alternately, please feel free to forward through to any colleagues you feel may be a good fit as there is a £250 referral fee for any successful placements.
