The Role

Reporting to Head of Digital Operations

Managing 2x Programmatic Account Directors (leadership of +24 programmatic traders)

Manage and coordinate a team of channel specialists delivering campaigns throughout 18+ markets across all programmatic vendors

Be an Operations Leader, creating an environment where all members of the team have an opportunity to fulfil their potential and deliver exceptional work for the client

Through your strong relationships with all key stakeholders, you will ensure the creation and maintenance of all required processes and remain responsible for day-to-day strategic excellence across all campaigns throughout EMEA markets and lines of business.

Working closely with the digital strategy directors in lines of business, the candidate will shape and deliver the Programmatic strategy for individual campaigns and the annual direction of the channel to deliver improved client performance and innovation
