This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Programmatic Manager to join a lively, ambitious, and collaborative Programmatic team!

The Opportunity

Reporting into the Programmatic Investment Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of delivery for a flagship account, programmatically activated media, while helping influence and shape the client’s digital strategy. Activations include a combination of UK and Global/multi-market campaigns.

The Role

  • Responsible for the end-to-end management of programmatic display and video campaigns, supported by 1 Senior Executive and 1 Executive.
  • Liaise with the Investment team to provide best-in-class brief responses and media plans.
  • Manage all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch.
  • Set-up, manage and optimise brand and performance programmatic campaigns against a diverse range of KPI’s, ensuring performance targets are met and exceeded.
  • Carry out quality assurance checks on team output, ensuring they are delivering quality.
  • Handle daily campaign maintenance, including troubleshooting, regular optimisations and handling internal queries and requests.
  • Develop client-facing campaign performance reports, providing insightful commentary using campaign learnings to inform strong strategic recommendations.
  • Responsible for training and supporting new starters and more junior members of the team.

About Yourself

  • Three years trading and managing client budgets within a digital agency and at least three years in a digital agency environment.
  • Experienced in working with a variety of DSPs and biddable platforms (particularly DV360 and TTD).
  • Advanced knowledge of the digital advertising infrastructure (ad serving, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, etc.).
  • The ability to demonstrate an understanding of multiple digital media buying platforms.
  • Digital media experience within a managerial role will be beneficial.
  • Well-versed in handling clients and multiple stakeholders such as direct client facing PCA presentations.
