Circa £28k Basic (Depending on experience) + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

The Role:

As Programmatic Trader, your day to day would involve:

  • Setting up campaigns
  • Regular monitoring of each campaigns performance
  • General Campaign analysis and optimisation
  • Trading (Bidding and buying of online media)
  • Retaining Clients through delivering against ROI objectives
  • Scaling campaigns: Increasing bookings month on month
  • Regular Client Reporting and feedback
  • Building a good understanding of the company’s analysis platform

 

Skills & Attributes:

We are looking for an analytically minded Media Trader, ideally with:

  • Strong Mathematical and analytical education or experience
  • 9 to 18 months experience as a Media Trader, or in a campaign optimisation/analysis role within the digital media industry
  • Experience working in a data-led role within the programmatic industry is beneficial
  • Experience and working knowledge of statistical models and tools, such as SPSS, Regression Analysis/Variance etc. is preferable.
  • Startup mindset, heavily ambitious, self-driven are key attributes for the role
  • Attention to detail and ability to proactively solve problems is key
  • Strong communication and ability to work within a team environment
