With an industry well respected Founding Board, they are positioned to capitalise on some of the challenges within the ecosystem and are looking to further grow their business across areas including Programmatic Trading, Paid Search and Analytics. This company is already making positive waves within the industry and are looking to build out their team with industry superstars to further power their growth.
The Role:
This is a pivotal appointment for the agency, who are seeking a passionate individual at Associate Director level within the programmatic trading space to join their growing Programmatic team.

Contributing to establishing the agency as a market leading solution and building the story into a huge success story

Delivery of Programmatic Media - planning, management, delivery, optimisation, reporting and post campaign analysis

Recruiting and building an effective programmatic trading team
Skills & Attributes:
-
BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience
-
4+ years’ experience using a range of DSP’s (DBM and/or AppNexus preferred)

Strong passion for programmatic activation and optimisation

Likely experience will have been working for a media agency, agency trading desk or in-house at a brand

It is likely that this individual will be at Senior Manager level, ready to take the step up to Associate Director level

Analytical, organized and a strategic thinker

Strong commercial awareness and sound knowledge of the programmatic digital landscape
