Publisher Sales Manager UK - Display/Cross-Channel Digital

The Role

As Publisher Account Manager, your role will involve:

  • Manage and growing relationships with publisher UK clients
  • Track post-launch performance
  • Monitor and analyse metrics and proactively take steps to improve results
  • Provide strategic direction to your existing publisher clients and optimse relationships by upselling new initiatives to grow revenue within your client base

 

Skills & Attributes

The likely successful candidate will have a true passion for online media and ideally have experience working with digital teams at large online publishers, or experience with traffic teams at online publishers. We are looking for an individual with:

  • BA Degree
  • A minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience in the digital media /online publisher space
  • A solid understanding of web technologies and the digital media revenue ecosystem, including web advertising measurements and analytics
  • Excellent customer service skills, willingness to provide on-time support through various channels and go the extra mile
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to monitor and identify trends in data and in generated reports
  • Technologically Savvy – able to learn what is needed to support the client’s successful implementation and optimisation
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment and consistently learn, adapt and develop
