The Role

Pivotal is growing its permanent recruitment team and we will work with this individual to help them master all elements of a top-performing recruiter.

This Account Manager will:

  • Work directly with clients to take the job brief, to understand why their role is unique to the market

  • Develop & build relationships with the best talent in the market that allows you to respond quickly and effectively to client needs

  • Prepare a Key Account Plan for strategically important clients that results in repeat business

  • Engage and effectively influence both candidates and clients

  • Optimise performance KPI’s to meet set targets and deliver on requirements

  • Design a personal branding strategy that builds trust & differentiates you from your competition

What are we looking for?

  • Successful recruitment experience either in a delivery, account management, internal, or 360 role

  • History of hitting and exceeding targets

  • A consultative influencer and negotiator with an articulate approach

  • Passionate about all things digital, technology & marketing related

  • An individual who can demonstrate a collaborative approach when working in a team

  • You take pride and value your personal brand within the industry

  • You take accountability for your own sales performance and are self-motivated to achieve targets
