This opportunity is to join an ambitious team of almost 20 people and growing, in the role of Digital Marketing consultant within our agency team. Working with a highly specialist team you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate experience, by recruiting the best candidates in the market for our clients.

Pivotal is growing its permanent recruitment team and we will work with this individual to help them master all elements of a top performing recruiter.

This Consultant will:

  • Work directly with clients to take the job brief, to understand why their role is unique to the market

  • Develop & build relationships with the best talent in the market that allows you to respond quickly and effectively to client needs

  • Prepare a Key Account Plan for strategically important clients that results in repeat business

  • Engage and effectively influence both candidates and clients

  • Optimise performance KPI’s to meet set targets and deliver on requirements

  • Design a personal branding strategy that builds trust & differentiates you from your competition 


  • Successful 360 recruitment experience

  • History of hitting and exceeding sales & revenue targets

  • A consultative influencer and negotiator with an articulate approach

  • Passionate about all things digital, technology & marketing related

  • An individual who can demonstrate a collaborative approach when working in a team

  • You take pride and value your personal brand within the industry

  • You take accountability for your own sales performance and are self-motivated to achieve targets
