This team you will be joining are a results-driven performance marketing team sitting within the Biddable department with the agency. Whether we’re talking about PPC, SEO, performance content, affiliate marketing, e-commerce or app, they want to help their clients drive innovation and genuine, profitable growth.

The Role:

In this role you will primarily lead on campaign implementation, optimisation, delivery, analysis and evaluation of clients’ paid search campaigns, while supporting and training junior executives with these tasks as well. This is a Tier 1, retail focussed client and you will need to have had previous experience in the retail and DTC e-commerce arena.

  • Setting-up/managing PPC accounts across various search engines (including Google & Microsoft Ads) with a clear understanding of best practice account structure.
  • Support junior executives with effectively managing and optimising campaigns.
  • Ad copy creation, development, testing, optimisation, automation and personalisation.
  • Improving quality score across paid search campaigns through keyword, copy and landing page relevance optimisation.
  • Managing daily spend through manual, automated and machine learning led bid optimisation, in line with targets and monthly budgets.
  • Having a clear understanding of best practice account structure.
  • Using search and bid management tools to manage and optimise keywords, negatives, ads, bids, bid modifiers, audience lists etc.
  • Being a point of contact for clients and interpreting and communicating performance strategy or campaign data as and when required.
  • Nurture and grow strong relationships with relevant day to day client stakeholders.


Your Profile:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a paid search role.
  • Agency experience ideal but not essential
  • Retail experience is a must, with demonstrable knowledge of Shopping campaigns
  • Experience and ideally certification across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics and SA360 (alongside any other relevant bid tech, i.e. Kenshoo or Marin).
  • Knowledge of industry tools and technologies.
  • Must be able to communicate well and be comfortable talking to clients.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
