Sales Development Representative – Leading PropTech Scale Up
£30,000 + OTE (Realistic earning of potential of £50,000 year 1)
Pivotal are proud to be working alongside a leading b2b organisation with the PropTech sector in order to recruit a Sales Development Representative
Our client is a mission driven business who are digitalising and streamlining the process for lettings, ensuring vital aspects such as contracts and reference checks are no longer manual and time consuming, ultimately making the process easier for both agents and tenants and solving a real life problem.
The Role
- Generating pipelines and driving new business are core responsibilities.
- You will be accountable for expanding our customer base.
- Initiating discussions with potential new clients is a key task.
- Analysing our market database to identify and priorite the most promising leads.
Experience Required
- Demonstrated success in pipeline generation and sales in a high-volume environment, with an average of 60 outbound calls per day, and the ability to discuss this confidently.
- Ideally experience working within B2
- Possess a reassuring and engaging phone manner, able to quickly establish rapport and trust without the need for face-to-face interaction. (Comfort with phone communication is essential in this role.)
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on targets, consistently over-delivering on them, which will be rewarded accordingly.
- Knowledge or experience in the residential property industry, particularly in lettings, is advantageous.
