Agency Sales Manager

Salary £70k-£80k + 40% Commission + Extensive Benefits (Flexible depending on experience)

We are recruiting for one of the most exciting companies in the AdTech and Programmatic advertising space and they are widely respected as currently one of the market leaders. They are looking for a Sales Manager at all levels (Manager/Senior/Director) who are open to coming in 1-2 times per week to join their close-knit team in London.

The role:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with London-based media agencies
- Close deals with agency planning units, trading desks, and DSPs.
- Identify opportunities for account growth for advertisers and agencies while collaborating with the wider team to achieve this
- Proactively identifying new initiatives and tools to increase client excellence with agencies, media buyers, direct advertisers, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and ad networks.
Skills and Attributes:
- Min 7+ years experience in digital advertising, sales or Business Development in the online media world.
- Strong agency contacts across UK Agency patches
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high growth environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Face-to-face sales with strong negotiation skills
