Taking full responsibility for the Ticketing and CRM best practices and service level agreements, you will be invaluable from day one and will be allowed to help build your own team in the future.

 

Your Role

  • Daily use of ticketing (Freshdesk) and CRM (Hubspot) systems, ensuring operational excellence across both platforms

  • Proactively identify, develop, and drive key strategic initiatives that deliver long-term profitable growth across the business

  • Design, create and provide reporting and analyses to help unlock revenue opportunities

  • Work closely with Sales Leadership of the business to provide intelligence and insights to drive account growth

  • Always look to improve and align operational processes in order to optimise the overall performance of the business

 

Your Profile

  • You’re technically savvy and operationally minded, perhaps coming from a Degree in Maths, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science or similar (thought this isn’t a prerequisite)

  • 2-3 years’ experience working within a Sales Operations/Sales Enablement capacity within a MarTech organisation

  • Expertise in implementing and administering CRM and Ticketing systems

  • Experience using Freshdesk and Hubspot highly desirable

  • You’ll be an excellent communicator, particularly with senior management and leadership
