Sales Development Representative – Competitive base with bonus/ commission

We are extremely proud to be partnering with Programmai - an innovative MarTech platform operating in a key-growth area of the industry. We are looking for a talented SDR to help the company grow revenue in 2021. You will be a networking superstar who has 1 year+ sales experience within a similar role. The company will offer you all the training, mentorship, and room to grow that you require to really move your career forward.

The Company

  • Programmai are a MarTech platform with an already existing customer base of well-known brands operating in the eCommerce space

  • Founded in 2017 by senior industry execs on the premise of solving a problem they and their business faced

  • 2020 was a record-breaking year for the business and they are looking to make their first sales hire to work alongside the Founder to grow revenue

  • Huge growth and potential planned for 2021 with career-growth and development endless

The Opportunity

This exciting opportunity for a qualified SDR or Junior SDR looking to take the next step in their career. You will achieve business growth by:

  • Networking and reaching out to prospects to arrange calls and demonstrations

  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm leads and finding new potential sales prospects

  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage the sales team for the next steps

  • Leading prospects through the full sales cycle. From presales through to contract stages

  • Working directly with the Founder to identify key areas of growth and formulating a new business plan

Your Profile:

  • Someone with solid communication skills who is thoughtful and compelling when showcasing their platform and offerings

  • Strategic thinker, who can target and follow up with relevant prospects

  • Experience in managing and nurturing prospects through the sales cycle

  • Understanding of data and the value of 1st party data to D2C/Retail/e-Com brands

  • Passion for technology and how it can help simplify the marketing process
