A very well-known travel brand, with a highly sophisticated Performance Marketing function, are looking for a superstar to add to its high-performing team. The Role:
- Owning SEM/PPC strategy at a global scale, making a meaningful & measurable impact
- As a manager, directly influence of work & development of the team
- Data led decision making, analyse & present meaningful data to support theories
- Collaborate with data science, analytics, engineering & product
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, performance marketing environment
- Ability to manage junior colleagues, including all forms of development, appraisals, workload management & guidance
- Confidence to challenge the status quo & a love of problem solving.
- Be comfortable dealing with large datasets
- Translate data insights into actions.
- A great communicator, we aren't all robots...yet.
- Relentless attention and focus on the detail.
- Advanced Excel skills, SQL/Google Big Query experience also a plus.
