We’re searching for an experienced and driven Senior Commercial Manager to join a leading, award-winning digital marketing consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the full commercial process, from lead generation to deal closure, and collaborate with high-profile clients such as Bloom & Wild, Superdry, and Direct Line Group.

The Role

As a Senior Commercial Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of business growth in the UK, combining autonomy with collaboration to expand digital marketing services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Development: Managing inbound inquiries while proactively driving new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining trust with existing clients and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Working with internal teams to deliver compelling pitches and maximize client value.
  • Proposal and Negotiation: Creating tailored proposals, conducting negotiations, and closing deals.
  • CRM Utilisation: Using HubSpot to optimize sales processes.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales within digital marketing.
  • A proven track record of building strategic relationships and closing deals.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (analytics, programmatic, affiliate, or software sales).
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle with a proactive, strategic approach to meeting client needs.
