This opportunity will offer you the ability to build a CRM and Customer loyalty strategy whilst having the support of a team and Marketing Director around you. This awesome brand not only has fantastic products but also a fantastic purpose of being a B-Corp. 


The Opportunity: 

  • Operating for nearly 20 years  

  • B-Corp with sustainability and the environment at the heart of everything they do

  • In a stage of growth both in the UK and also globally launching in international markets 

  • Doubling online revenue YOY


The Role: 

  • Shaping and owning the whole of the CRM strategy with the support of their Marketing Director

  • Working within a Marketing team that spans eCommerce, Creative, Performance, PR, Influencer, Social

  • Test international campaigns for Europe and U.S

  • Data-driven approach and insights to power your strategies, use customer data to spot opportunities

  • Build a customer VIP loyalty strategy

  • Build campaigns – utilize the creative and copywriting teams internally for email marketing campaigns

  • The Challenge: Acquisition is going up but retention wise only 15% of them go through to a 2nd purchase but positively 40% of those 2nd buyers go onto a 3rd and more – this is with no firm retention strategy in place it’s all organic

  • Test and learn – this is a great environment where you can trial new initiatives and be praised for pushing the boundaries

  • The ability to work within an established brand with a strong footprint and following but work with a start-up mindset and ability to have limited red tape in what you do


What they are looking for:

  • Someone with experience of working within a start-up to scale-up, ideally within a D2C offering

  • CRM, retention, customer loyalty, and email marketing experience

  • A data-led approach – ideally have some exp with the likes of SQL

  • Familiar with CDP’s – Ometria, Exponea, Segment, etc

  • Proven track record of having an influence within successful CRM strategies

  • Passion – for Marketing and for working in a sustainable brand
