The Role:

Reporting to the global Head of Content, this would be the most senior CRM position in the organisation & would be the go to person for the channel globally. You will have genuine ownership & autonomy in the role leading global CRM strategy across all products & categories. Supporting the business to build a highly sophisticated & best in class CRM programme across all touch points of the customer journey.



  • Managing and developing the CRM team, providing clear guidance, proactive coaching and support across all projects and BAU activity
  • Oversee the running of global and regional CRM communications, whilst seeking to onboard new channels to communicate with customers
  • Develop key strategic pillars for CRM across automated communication, personalisation, technological developments, customer segmentation, omni-channel customer journeys, acquisition initiatives and retention activities
  • Lead weekly & monthly reporting, acting reactively to monitor and hit forecasted revenue, engagement and database KPI’s for all campaigns
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors, including ESP and new functionality or customer data integrations


About You:

  • 6+ years CRM experience within digital first brands
  • Experience leading a CRM function & managing a large, multi skilled team
  • Advanced user in CRM platforms, both to handle data & build email programmes
  • Strong experience in ecommerce/B2C/Luxury sector would be a bonus
  • Strong commercial acumen with a growth hacker mentality
  • Experience collaborating & communication with different departments & stakeholders (Digital, tech, product etc…)
