Senior Customer Insight Analyst – Leading Sports Tech Company

£40,000 -£50,000 + extensive benefits + bonus

Company Background:


This market leading Sports Tech Company are growing their Analytics Division. They have created a fun and hard-working environment and they have an annual training pot of £1,000 per person to spend on development. People who are full of ideas and want to experiment and push boundaries will flourish in this environment.


The Role:


  • You will be managing the customer insight strategy to improve user experience across Mobile & App products

  • Analyse user feedback to gain insights into their users and develop the product accordingly  

  • Creating customer segmentations for all channels to assist and streamline marketing

  • A/B Testing, Product Road Mapping & Reporting

  • Ensuring all internal staff understand the importance of User Experience and educating teams of how to improve it


Skills & Attributes:

  • 2 years’ experience + within an eCommerce, agency or sporting business

  • Degree from a relevant field

  • Strong experience in understanding consumer needs

  • Knowledge of; Consumer, Consumer Segmentation, Customer Loyalty Platforms
