Are you an experienced acquisition marketing expert with start-up/scale-up experience and are keen to embark on a new challenge?


Our client are a consumer focused Series A funded business within the travel and technology space. They boast 50,000 customers already and have grown 10x since the start of 2021 and are aiming for 20x growth in 2021, so are on a rocket-like trajectory and are now setting up their performance marketing team.


The Opportunity:

The business have secured a significant Series A funding round and have grown from 4 to 25 people in the last 3 months. They intend to grow to circa 50 people in 2021.

Having hired a highly respected CMO, they are now launching performance marketing to drive new customer acquisition.

Now is an amazing time to join as they are in scale-up phase, are blowing its targets and metrics out of the water, the people are smart yet down to earth, the product is super sticky with their average customer using their platform 3-4 times a week; and the market size is uncapped!



They are looking for a Senior Growth Manager to play a pivotal role in launching their performance marketing activities:

  • Define and test customer segmentation

  • Develop and execute a testing plan to identify the most effective user acquisition strategies

  • Set budgets and success metrics

  • Launched and optimise performance marketing tests – being hands on and managing this in-house

  • Establish efficient and measurable growth reporting methods

  • Almost forgot to say…test and learn. Lots of testing and learning!


In exchange, can you bring?:

  • Performance marketing experience likely from a Seed, Series A, Series B funded start-up/scale-up

  • 5+ years’ experience in-house experience

  • Well versed across a range of performance marketing channels

  • Hands on experience with Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram 

  • Deep understanding of A/B Testing tools and methods.
