Social Commerce Growth Manager - Global Social Media Brand - London (Hybrid)
Pivotal are proud to be working with a global social media brand who are looking for an ambitious Growth Marketer to join their e-commerce team based in London.
Reporting to the head of growth this role will help lead trends within social commerce and help shape the direction of an e-commerce platform predicted to generate £20billion in 2023.
A big focus of the role is on managing the incentive/promotion strategy for the platform amd how to defining measurement approaches and metrics.
They are looking for a passionate and talented person to help them grow an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for their users and brands.
The Role
- Be responsible for the user growth of e-commerce in UK and formulate and implement product growth strategies based on national characteristics;
- Taking e-commerce gross merchandise volume as the ultimate goal, responsible for the key goals of the entire user life cycle including the number of new customers, repurchase rate, and customer unit price
- Combining the phased goals of UK local and cross-border business, work closely with cross functions to accumulate the country's innovative user growth capabilities, and ultimately achieve the business goals
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in a user growth role involving media buying, performance ads strategy, pricing/promotions, product growth, user experience, product design etc.
- Vast experience in e-commerce/social commerce, preferably in-house (not purely paid media - pricing/promotions, etc.)
- Excellent quantitative skills and the ability to work with key metrics and data.
