The Opportunity

  • This global media agency is looking for you to join their established yet growing programmatic team in their London office.

  • Working across the EMEA region you’ll be tasked with large scale, multiple market projects for various stakeholders.

The Role:

 

  • Joining the fast growing team of 10

  • This is a leadership position supporting the Account Director, directly line managing 2/3 people and indirectly overseeing the rest of the team with learning, development and mentorship

  • Pre-dominantly leading team of programmatic traders who are activating in the DSP’s

  • DV360 is the main DSP and stack that they use, although naturally they also use other DSP’s also

  • Act as a consultant for clients, bridging the gap between activation and strategy to develop their programmatic roadmap

  • Own the programmatic strategy for your clients, helping to drive increased adoption of new forms in line with client objectives

  • Mentor your team to drive their client focused skills such as presenting and strategic critical thinking

 

Skills & Attributes:

 

  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience

  • 4 + years’ experience using DSP’s (DV360/DBM preferred)

  • It is likely that this individual will have developed as a Programmatic Trader, before starting to gain more experience working with clients at a strategic account management level

  • 2+ years people management experience

  • Analytical, organized and a strategic thinker

  • Strong commercial awareness and sound knowledge of the programmatic and digital landscape
