Sat WFH wondering why you haven't been promoted to Senior Manager despite having been operating at that level? This is an opportunity for a skilled Paid Social and Search expert, to lead a team of 6 people and work with clients on their performance marketing strategies.

The Role 

  • Lead a team of 6 across two clients, across brand and performance
  • Ensure campaign ROAS goals are met and exceeded for performance campaigns
  • Maintain budget tracker with team to prevent over or under-spend
  • Work with the team to ensure PPC and Social campaigns are built on time and aligned with overall media strategy
  • Establish budgeting methodology for brand / performance budget split
  • Develop innovative PPC and Social strategies and paid social plans in alignment with the media strategy
  • Present and communicate PPC and Social strategies and report on results to clients
  • Provide direct oversight, management, leadership and guidance to a team of two to four Planner/Execs
  • Support the director by contributing to the development of the overall regional team by participating actively in team and manager status meetings
  • Lead regular client status meetings with knowledgeable client contacts
  • Participate in regional senior level client meetings
  • Create relationships with key agency and vendor partners to ensure alignment across media plans

 

Your Profile

  • 4+ years experience in Paid Search and Social
  • Client relationship management experience
  • Proactive self-starter
  • Strong organizational skills as applied through an ability to manage multiple projects at once across a team
  • Confident in analysing and acting on marketing data
  • Regional campaign management experience desirable
  • Strong verbal and written English; ideal if fluent in a second EU language
  • A nice, smart person
