The Role
The role primarily focuses on understanding and optimising the customer journey!
You will have complete access to the client’s data sets as well as any other external data you need, you will use a multitude of techniques to understand, analyse, predict, and visualise insights to help the business evolve and optimise.
Main responsibilities include:
- Driving key strategic decisions through data-driven insight
- Developing Attribution and Marketing Mix Models
- Being the ‘go to’ person that supports marketing channels through data!
- Sharing and developing others in the team and the wider business
- Presenting finding to senior stakeholders
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent SQL skills
- Great experience using Google Analytics
- Good understanding of digital, retail and e-commerce data analytics
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle, campaign measurement & analytics and customer segmentation
- Ability to manage stakeholders in order to drive projects across different channels
