This Senior Marketing Effectiveness Analyst will have a very important part to play in the team, mentoring junior analysts as well as other responsibilities including:

  • Using statistical models to make recommendations and provide insight around client’s media investment across all channels (tv, social, press, display etc)

  • Building marketing mixed models to gather an holistic view of media channels

  • Spotting new opportunities for a client to explore within statistical models

  • Developing segmentation models and working with the Data Scientists to help understand the customers and campaign efficiency

  • Understanding how changes in customer behaviour can impact on business performance

  • Capable with data visualisation and storytelling to help deliver insights and provide recommendations to the client 

What they are looking for:

  • A proven track record building statistical models

  • Someone who likes to work independently and take on leadership but who also likes working as part of a buzzing team with creative analytical ideas

  • An analytical problem solver with the drive and confidence to use initiative
