Our journey began in September 2014 when Justin, Chris, and David took the plunge and left an established company and headed to Shoreditch with a unified vision to launch a digital-first recruitment business with the underlying vision to become London’s Number 1 Digital Recruitment Company.

Now having grown into our 4th office, we are currently 18 people across 3 sectors (Digital Advertising, Digital Marketing, Analytics) and we recruit Permanent and Contract talent.

The Opportunity

As our Senior Marketing Executive at Pivotal London, you will be primarily responsible for executing and delivering our marketing strategy, supporting candidate and client acquisition, while working closely with consultants to deliver tactical day-to-day marketing.


The Role

Content Marketing – Execute agreed content marketing strategy and distribute audience-focused content pieces in line with our approved content plan across various online channels. • Website & SEO – Analyse Google Analytics and SEO performance, while providing suggestions for development and further improvement.

Email Marketing – Oversee execution, monitoring process and reporting of all Mailchimp email campaigns.

Social Media – Manage various social channels, including LinkedIn and Instagram company pages, to support our goal of building an engaged social community.

Job Boards – Assist our senior management team with monitoring job advertisements to ensure maximum exposure is reached.

Candidate Referrals – Deliver agreed communication plan to effectively engage with passive candidates to encourage referrals and returns.

Events – Support our senior management team with delivering a scheduled list of Pivotal events while leading the production of supportive marketing activity.

Brand – Ensure Pivotal’s brand is consistently promoted and its offering is clearly communicated to our audience across all of our platforms.

Design – Create brilliant, creative and eye-catching marketing collateral that is closely aligned with our brand guidelines.

Marketing Resources – Ensure marketing collateral is accurate and kept up-to-date.


Your Profile

• Previous digital marketing work experience

• A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing • Experience with Google Analytics and SEO tools

• Experience working in Microsoft Office

• Experience of creative design software including InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro or Photoshop

• Experience of CMS systems

• Solid understanding of social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram

• A sharp eye for detail and strong copywriting and proofreading skills

• Capable of producing accurate work to tight deadlines

• Passionate about the digital and technology industry

• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
