The Opportunity:

Due to huge demand this agency is building out an entirely new media function. A ‘start-up’ within an established agency, with a huge potential in a high growth team. Working alongside the Head of Paid Media, they are seeking Paid Media Managers & Senior Managers to support this growth. With an established list of well known clients, they are already delivering campaigns across 90 countries & 40 languages. Proving you will have the ability to make an impact quickly! This is a close knit & collaborative team, who are passionate about what they do.

 

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Paid Media, this will be incredibly fast paced & diverse, you will not be a small cog in a big machine! This will be a genuine cross channel performance role, with a real mix of account management & development, planning & delivery. They will invest heavily in to your personal development & training.

  • Be responsible for campaign activation, optimisation and reporting across all live platforms - these could include LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google Ads, Bing Ads etc.
  • Create media plans and provide spend forecast 
  • Be a first point of contact for client queries
  • Support Paid Media Lead to develop Paid Media offering, proactively suggesting new partners or approaches.
  • Creation of documents to showcase performance and provide in-depth analysis of results 
  • Proactively find innovative ways to boost campaigns’ performance 

 

Your Profile:

  • 1-4 years hands-on in platform experience within one or more channels: PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic Display (they will invest heavily in your training & channel knowledge development)
  • A curious mind and a desire to learn and develop in your career
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A can-do attitude and problem-solving mentality
  • Commercially minded and with the ability to prioritise tasks 
  • Bonus if you have B2B marketing experience
