Pivotal are working in partnership with an exceptional and fast-growing digital media agency specialising in luxury and fashion retail with a strong emphasis on e-commerce.

This is an independent agency with an ambitious team of almost 20 people and not stopping there they are fast growing therefore looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to join their team.

  • Day to day account management of Paid Search campaigns- offering clients with short- and long-term strategies
  • Providing clients with technical optimisation of campaigns and account.
  • Providing detailed audience segmentation and research to ensure ads are reaching relevant target markets
  • Forecasting spend and performance of campaigns for future budgeting
  • Offering training to more junior members of staff, as well as reviewing the work output to ensure it is up to the highest standard
  • Collaborating on account strategies with colleagues from the paid media team, as well as other departments
  • Demonstrate measurable success through the achievement of set KPIs. E.g., account turnover and profitability, campaign management, report generation/analysis and overall service


  • 4+ years’ experience in Paid Media
  • High level of demonstrable technical proficiency in Google, Bing Ads and Facebook Business Manager
  • Experience using Google Analytics & any other reporting tool, as well as attribution platforms such as Facebook Attribution and DoubleClick Campaign Manager.
  • Google Ads Certified – Search & Shopping
  • Understanding of the wider paid media ecosystem (e.g., programmatic)
  • Experience with premium & luxury markets/clients
  • Experience working internationally on multi-language PPC campaigns
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Highly analytical and data driven
