Role Overview: As a Paid Search Senior Exec you will be responsible for delivering best in class response to briefs, sound campaign recommendations, in-depth and knowledgeable analysis of your clients within Paid Search. You will work alongside the Paid Search Account Manager., to create best-in-class search campaigns which drive business results for your clients. Senior Execs will also be responsible for knowledge sharing to junior members of the team (Execs + Assistants + Apprentices), this includes quality checks on their work, training sessions and briefing sessions to ensure they are performing to the best of their ability. As a Paid Search Senior Exec, you are expected to be knowledgeable across all paid search platforms, predominantly Google, but also Bing.


Working across multiple clients your day to day will be to:

• Knowledge sharing with junior members of the team

• Working alongside the Paid Search Account Manager, to feed into campaign strategy • Aiding new business requests

• Ensuring campaigns are booked onto Finance and reconciled monthly

• Set-up of high-level campaigns

• Creating reporting for campaigns with an in-depth analysis of the activity including recommendations

• Communicating with clients including active participation in client meetings

• Day to day line management and mentoring of analyst position

• Quality checks on junior team member’s work

• Keep up to date with the latest trends/products updates

• Continually innovating and developing ideas for test and learn programmes

• Other duties commensurate with the role as assigned by Paid Search Account Manager



• Previous experience in working in Paid Search, either in agency or client-side

• Previous experience within media or creative industry

• Client facing experience

• Planning and activation for brand and DR clients


Tools & systems

• Paid Search – SA360, Google Ads, Bing, Marin, Kenshoo

• Other – Data tools (Google Trends, Facebook insights, Pixels), Reporting (Datorama, Tablau etc), Booking/Financial (Prisma), Campaign management and AdOps (GCM, Flashtalking, Google Analytic, Adobe)
