Senior Paid Search Executive – Global Performance Agency

£28-30k + Benefits

 

The most awarded Agency in the UK are looking for a talented & experienced Paid Search Marketer to manage one of its largest accounts.

The Role

  • Manage daily pacing to ensure spend delivery against business KPIs

  • Campaign execution, optimization, and analysis, with a great eye for detail!

  • Analyse ongoing results to ensure budget pacing and performance targets are aligned.

  • Develop and build a strong understanding of the Paid Search media landscape and the tools we use.

  • Manage Junior team members to ensure clear career development path by training/mentoring on different PPC aspects and task prioritisation

  • Compile and ensure effective delivery of reporting as agreed with account lead. Drive automation in reporting.

  • Proficient in the operation of 3rd party Bid management tools and engines

  • Fully certified for all activation paths required for delivering against his client roster

  • Pro-actively support manager in ensuring regular day to day work is delivered

  • Regularly audit accounts and scans for optimisations

  • Run regular reports, writing commentary and extracting actionable insights

 

The Requirements:

  • 2 years minimum experience in managing / activating International paid search media accounts on multiple engines.

  • Expert in the operation of 3rd party Bid Management tools like Marin, Search Ads 360 etc.

  • Experience in mentoring, managing & training junior team members

  • Degree-level qualification.  Or a distinctive relevant experience that suggests an aptitude and passion for the role and wider digital environment.

  • Exemplary time management skills, able to prioritize and work well under pressure

  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint. 

  • Proficient in English, and other language skills as the role requires.

  • A team player!
