The role:

Due to some exciting changes & demand from existing clients, the agency are scaling their new media function. They are now seeking a new Senior Paid Social Exec to help grow the team & department. 

You will be working very closely with the Head of Paid Media, to develop, execute & manage paid social campaigns across a range of brands. But also help to lead high level client relationships & strategy in this fast paced & dynamic role. You will not just be a cog in a wheel here! You will be given a breadth of exposure & training, to significantly accelerate your personal development.


  • Setup and manage Paid Social Media campaigns for a variety of clients across different industries
  • Maintain your client accounts to high standards ensuring budgets are being utilised effectively and clients are delighted with performance. This includes building new campaigns, budget management, ongoing optimisation and testing new channels.
  • Provide regular reports giving clients clear insights into performance and measurable KPIs, actionable optimisations and suggestions.
  • Proactively keep up on top of the latest paid media industry news and trends and share key knowledge with the company.
  • Ensuring we continuously expand and push our strategies forward – proposing tests with different audience combinations and targeting techniques, new ad formats, different


About You:

  • 12+ months experience in paid social
  • Facebook Ads Manager knowledge is essential. Ideally also have experience or a working knowledge of AdWords, Snapchat, Twitter, and other biddable media platforms.
  • A high level of numeracy with strong attention to detail – Excel competency is essential
  • Excellent organisational, project management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to short deadlines.
  • This role will be supported by the Head of Paid Media, but will also need to be self-motivated and able to work under own initiative
