Pivotal is proud to be partnering with Mojo to find their Senior Performance Marketing Manager as they accelerate the business expansion. After raising one of the largest seed-stage investments for a sextech firm in Europe, soon to be announced, this role is tasked with both online and offline acquisition, retention, and brand marketing.

 

The Opportunity:

  • The company’s mission is to is redefine masculinity and empower men to have thriving sex lives and relationships

  • Mojo’s offering allows individuals to connect with world-class psychosexual therapists, relationship therapists, urologists, doctors, and nutritionists through video courses , whilst also having access to a rapidly growing community of 20,000 individuals experiencing similar challenges to be able to discuss and share experiences in a safe and confidential environment

  • Family, Founder led organisation, with a passion for the company’s purpose of changing the perception of men’s health and the taboo subject of sexual performance

  • Experiencing accelerated growth in both the UK and U.S Regions

  • The business is at an exciting juncture, growing 15 – 20% a week via performance marketing initiatives, and has a rapidly growing presence in the U.S with 50% of Mojo’s user base situated there

 

The Role:

You’ll work closely with the founders and take ownership of our global performance marketing strategy as we gear up for Series A. We'd like someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and thrive in the trenches working alongside our passionate growth team.

We are a digital subscription product, meaning a data driven approach to finding our members will be more important than anything.

As an early-stage start-up, in the process of building our growth engine, there is room for you to have a huge impact on the future of the company. You should be comfortable adapting your role and responsibilities as the company grows. We expect this might consist of:

  • Create and execute strategy across multiple channels

  • Take ownership of data and analytics dashboards to determine team decisions

  • Work with the team to uncover new channels

  • Scale channels while ensuring payback efficiency

  • Define and run experiments then ideate, test, measure, learn and repeat Help build a world class performance marketing team

  • Maintaining structured and scalable reporting to communicate to the wider company

 

Requirements:

  • +4 years performance marketing experience

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of working with CPAs, conversion rates and ROIs

  • Experience launching and scaling new social channels

  • A creative problem solver ready to work with difficult platform policies around sexual enhancement products.

  • Strong data and analytical skills that guides your marketing decisions

  • Ability to work methodically paying close attention to detail

  • Compassion, empathy, understanding or interest in mental health
