Senior Trader – Leading Global Agency 

 

£30-32K Basic Salary + Benefits

 

Company Background

 

This is an opportunity to work within one of the largest global media agencies. This well known media agency has bases in over 100 countries, boasting market leading creative agencies and media brands under their umbrella. They collaborate with a huge amount of big name brands including high end luxury fashion brands, market leading entertainment brands and the most well known car manufacturers just to name a few! 

 

The Role

 

This is a pivotal role within the business with a primary focus across the groups client base, Delivering and growing programmatic spend. Alongside this, the Senior Trader will be responsible for:

 

  • Manage Junior Traders – Setting and supporting personal and career targets

  • Delivery and setup of programmatic campaigns and buys in DSP’s

  • Using programmatic buying technologies – DSP’s, DMP’s to make buying decisions in order to optimise campaigns in line with KPIs

  • Troubleshooting technical issues, ad serving errors and reporting issues.

 

Your Profile:

 

  • 2 + years’ experience within media industry or ATD with experience in the Real Time Bidding space

  • Knowledge and experience of DBM and / or Agency platforms (MediaMath, Appnexus)

  • Keen problem solver and an analytical proficiency

  • Experience of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

  • Process driven and organised

  • Ability to look at data, analyse and simplify and present back to stakeholders
