If you are an SEO specialist who is looking to elevate your career, manage a team of SEO Execs, have regular client interaction, and run a blend of Technical & content led SEO, then this role if for you. You will be:

They are now looking for a brand-new SEO Manager to lead a team of SEO Execs

  • Extensive understanding of how digital experiences can impact both acquisition and conversion
  • Ability to utilise industry reporting, analysis, and insight tools, such as Search Metrics, Majestic SEO, Optimizely, etc.
  • Undertaking analysis and audits using a combination of resources including but not limited to search, social, content, audience auditing tools
  • Supporting the development of the optimal owned media strategy and owned media activation for clients based on their budgets, target audience and KPIs
  • Ownership of day-to-day client relationships
  • Driven by continual test and learn approach to your work.
  • You will understand technical SEO, ASO, UX, Marketplace Optimisation and CRO
  • Supporting strategy and coordination team to deliver best-in-class performance content campaigns across multiple markets
  • You will be proactive and passionate in developing your own knowledge into each of these expansive fields

You will be someone who has:

  • Minimum of three years’ proven experience of working within a fast-paced agency environment working with enterprise-level clients
  • Minimum of one years’ proven experience line-managing a team of SEO/ Owner Media Specialists, ideally within an SEO or owned media focused agency environment
  • Very good understanding of how to identify organic search opportunity, set business relevant KPIs, project organic search performance and estimate expected ROI
  • Experience supporting a portfolio of clients across multiple markets
  • Understanding of how to use Search Trends, Demographic and User-behaviour data to reinforce an owned-first strategy
  • Able to work to clear direction; stretching objectives; manage individual workload; layout work in well-planned and organised manner; maintains two-way dialogue with others on work and results; is a clear and frequent communicator

  • Confident working as part of a specialist team and helping drive out service proposition forward.
