The Role:

Joining as a genuine #2, this is an opportunity to develop and help shape and lead the SEO function across the agency:

• Develop and implement holistic SEO strategies that deliver against the clients’ overall business objectives

• Strategic leadership and client management

• Help identify revenue opportunities within SEO, digital performance and broader opportunities

• Push boundaries with new ideas and trends

• Manage, organise, inspire and innovate across the SEO team

• Coach, mentor and develop core staff

Skills Required:

• Be exceptionally passionate about SEO with a broad view if performance marketing

• Expert user of major analytics platforms & industry standard SEO tools such as Brightedge, Screaming Frog, Moz Tools inc. OSE, MajesticSEO

• Not be afraid to take risks and try new things – you need to be entrepreneurial

• Experience of managing clients day to day finances including budgets, commercial proposals, fees structures and resource plans

• Solid agency and hands on background

• Strong leadership capability

• Highly analytical and data driven
