The Role:

This SEO Manager will have a very varied role, responsibilities will include:

  • Ownership of client relationships, you will be the main contact leading meetings/calls ensuring you have a thorough understanding of what their business needs.
  • Management of the Account Execs
  • Identify the SEO strategy across your accounts guaranteeing each client has a roadmap
  • Ensure the team complete site audits, on-page SEO update, keyword research, competitor and backlink analysis and page speed audits. 
  • Promote the SEO division across the whole agency, as well as taking part in new business proposals


You will be someone who has:

  • Minimum of three years’ proven experience of working within a relevant fast-paced agency environment
  • Exposure to content strategy, on-site optimisation and key word analysis
  • Capability to conduct technical SEO audits and identify website issues
  • Ability to utilise industry reporting, SEO analysis and insight tools and SEO Crawlers.
  • Ideally some management or mentoring experience, but not essential
  • Confident, comfortable and professional when communicating with clients and third-parties
