One of the world’s leading Media Agency’s is looking for an SEO Owned Media Manager to join their innovative SEO Team. The role is a fantastic opportunity for an SEO Specialist looking to move into a role focusing on content marketing within a fast paced and pioneering team alongside the chance to learn skills from the technical team too.
The Role
The role of the Owned Media Manager will be to deliver content marketing activity for clients which will drive forward strategies through excellent client relationships.
You’ll also be tasked with conducting in-depth content audits and analysis to determine recommendations that will improve content and overall site performance.
- Devise and execute a client’s content marketing strategy with a focus on content creation and distribution through Digital PR, Influencer Marketing, Native Advertising and other paid media.
- Creation of content strategies that are data-driven and relevant to the clients’ goals, and delivered to them on a month-by-month basis.
- Conducting in-depth content audits & analysis to determine recommendations which will improve content and overall site performance
- Undertaking analysis using a combination of resources including, but not limited to, search, social, content and audience auditing tools, which you’ll use to inform content strategy.
- Team efficiency and necessary implementation of new content processes to improve efficiency.
- Delivery of accurate and effective performance reports to clients demonstrating the value and progress of campaigns.
- Management of a small team ensuring KPI’s are met and to the client’s standard.
Your Profile
- 2+ years experience within SEO/Owned Content
- Thorough understanding of key SEO tools (SearchMetrics, SEM Rush and BrightEdge)
- Ability to communicate a compelling and inspired content vision
- Willingness to learn about the technical side of SEO
- Ability to establish strong client relationships as well as set clear directions for direct reports
- Experience managing a small team and/or delegating tasks to other team members
- Effectiveness within a fast-paced environment and ability to manage competing responsibilities
