A rapidly growing disruptive tech start-up are adding to their super talented performance marketing team in central London. They are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to oversee the running of large scale, innovative Paid Search campaigns.

The Role:

Review the performance of existing global campaigns, ad groups & key words
-
Lead testing efforts across creative, targeting, bidding strategies & key word management
-
Identify new opportunities to explore, open new categories, review user journey to optimise conversion

Internationalising & localising our PPC campaigns
-
Conduct complex data analytics to identify insights that will improve performance
Skills Required:
-
Proven track record of managing Paid Search Campaigns in different languages across multiple geographies
-
Extensive SEM experience required – Advanced Adwords, Bing & Excel
-
An obsession with driving marketing performance & ROI
-
Ability to work on own initiate in a fast-paced environment
-
Any knowledge of SQL is desirable
