The Opportunity

An excellent contracted position has arisen for an accomplished Social Media Strategist to join the  team working on clients across the UK and beyond. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to build on experience gained as a result of their proven track record in paid media advertising and help turn our client’s aspirations into reality.


The Social Media Strategist is responsible for developing, executing and managing social media campaigns, across a variety of channels but with a heavy focus on TikTok and Instagram. You'll be someone who lives and breathes social and branded content, with a proven record in growing a social following and increasing engagement. This individual will work closely with the Creative team.  

 

Role:

  • Develop organic content, scheduling & audience management strategies across a variety of clients.
  • Maintain your client accounts to best standards ensuring budgets are being utilised effectively and clients are delighted with performance.
  • Provide regular reports giving clients clear insights into performance and measurable KPIs, actionable optimisations and suggestions.
  • Proactively manage client’s social media accounts by responding to comments in a timely manner, being able to embody different brands & tone of voice.
  • Identify new ways to grow audiences, both through strategy & analysis of performance.
  • Briefing in & scheduling content will be a key responsibility, as well as the day-to-day management of these accounts
  • Take a leading role in client meetings by preparing and delivering the organic social media section as well as participating in client calls.
  • Keep up on top of the latest social media industry news and trends and share key knowledge with the company.
  • Create proposals for clients showing clear value propositions and costs of undertaking activity.
  • Assist with the new business sales funnel and support with pitches and social media strategy where needed

 

What We Are Looking For:

  • TikTok & Instagram management experience is a must. Ideally, we’re looking for someone with cross-platform experience, with proven experience in organic growth on TikTok for brands.
  • Strong communicator, comfortable presenting plans/ideas to external clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong copywriting skills and a great eye for visuals & aesthetics
  • Demonstrable understanding of consumer behaviour and marketing trends
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to short deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills, able manage a number of projects simultaneously
  • Embodies core values: enthusiasm, execution, curiosity and courage
