The Opportunity:

- Drive strategic growth across the business increasing offerings with current clients and helping win new business to this ever-expanding agency
- Have proven leadership in growing and developing a team
- Drive and develop relationships across the agency to ensure efficiency
Your Profile:
- 5+ years agency experience in a performance role
- Having already been in a senior leadership position you will have clear team management and growth experience
- Having been involved in multiple new business pitches you will have clear examples of this
- You will be well versed in managing multiple clients
- As a team player, you will be someone who wants to grow and develop in a team environment
