I am working in partnership with a global lifestyle & activewear brand on an extremely exciting & senior opportunity. A respected brand, with an impressive track record, who is at a pivotal point in its growth journey.

 

The Opportunity:

Founded 15 years ago, they are a genuine leader within their sector. Given the consumer shift towards online ecom/DTC, they have grown by 70% in the last 2 years, going from strength to strength! The business revenue is now heavily weighted towards digital and they are looking to stay on the same trajectory in 2021. They have recently been acquired by a large US company and they now have further investment & resource to help them scale across the US & Asia. This is a fast paced & dynamic, digital environment with huge amount of budget & resource available across media, marketing & analytics.

 

The Role:

Reporting directly into the CEO, this is a genuine senior leadership role. Leading & owning full funnel digital marketing plans:

  • Owning & creating global performance marketing strategies to support sales targets
  • Developing & leading the execution of activity across acquisition, retention & reactivation
  • Overseeing a team of 28 (4 direct reports) across CRM & Digital Marketing
  • Lead the optimisation of budgets & incremental performance across all channels to decrease CPA’s & improve ROI
  • Managing increases in visits/footfall and new customer acquisition across all retail & online
  • Maintain & optimise attribution models across retail & online to ensure budget allocation & strategy reflects

 

Your Profile:

  • 10+ years of experience in a DTC/Retail/Ecommerce environment, with a deep focus on performance-based growth marketing.
  • A background in owning and managing a budget, forecasting, and delivering on monthly goals of spend, CAC, ROAS, Retention and LTV.
  • Both a strategic thinker, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into marketing strategies
  • Top-notch analytical skills with a proven ability to dissect and present data to find opportunities and actionable insights
  • A strong work ethic, a humble attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
