The Role
Pivotal is growing our On-site recruitment team and we will work with this individual to learn to master all elements of Talent Acquisition, working directly with a top client to develop, deliver and influence hiring strategies:

Identify and attract the world's best marketing talent to your client

Embed into the client's culture both socially and professionally

Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to shape good talent acquisition best practice

Engage and effectively influence both candidates and clients

Grow and expand our key partnerships and look for value add projects

Design a personal branding strategy that builds trust & differentiates you from your competition

What are we looking for?

Talent acquisition experience
-
A proven sourcer, with the ability to utilise multiple channels (eg LinkedIn Recruiter/Job Boards, CRM)
-
The ability to operate at pace, balancing multiple requisitions from different hiring managers at any one time

A data-centric approach to recruitment strategy

Previous experience in a recruiting agency, in-house, RPO, or embedded model

A consultative influencer with an articulate approach

Passionate about all things digital, technology & marketing related

An individual who can demonstrate a collaborative approach when doing business
