The Role: Responsible for owning their gaming partner relationships post sale Onboarding and testing integrations - API and SDK You’ll also be tasked with ensuring their supply partners are always up to date with new product developments and launches First point of contact for Publishers on their media solutions Regularly hosting QBR’s face to face to explore performance and how to optimise the relationship/ fill rates Working alongside the commercial team to ensure seamless handover of accounts Big emphasis on client entertainment, regularly meeting with and establishing solid relationships Having involvement with product to ensure innovation and new features are built to client requests Skills and Attributes: 4 + years in a Supply Account Management role Need to have experience in Mobile and Programmatic Understanding of SDK and API integrations Ideally have worked at an Ad Tech or Programmatic business Passion for gaming is preferred Track record of consistently achieving optimal client satisfaction Ability to educate on a new concept, remember this hasn’t been done before Key Skills: Digital Advertising, Account Management, Campaign Management, Optimisation, Client Management, Client Services, Publishers, Supply, Fill rates, AdTech, Strategy, Programmatic, Gaming How do I apply?
