The Role:
- Lead, develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic performance
- Manage contact with the client creating first class relationships
- Work with the content and editorial team to ensure you are meeting and exceeding client expectations
- Lead, develop coach and inspire direct reports
- Supporting new business and client servicing as required
Skills Required:
- Above all a genuine passion for digital and a hunger to work in a fast-paced agency in a hands-on capacity
- Strong leadership capability
- Have strong technical knowledge but also the ability to relate this to clients – this is a client facing role so you need to enjoy this aspect
- Not be afraid to take risks and try new things – you need to be entrepreneurial
- Able to articulate an advanced understanding of SEO principles
- Proven track record of delivering excellent results through SEO strategies
- Analytical and data driven
- Experience of using industry tools such as Yandex, Baidu, Google, Bing, and Yahoo
