Programmatic Trading Manager

£30-35k Base Salary + Extensive Benefits


Company Background

Our client are a very highly regarded Independent Trading Desk, part of a Major Agency Network. They partner with leading DSP’s to create and manage audiences across Display, Video, Mobile and Social and deliver results by leveraging clients 1st party data, effective 3rd party sources and proprietary insights to deliver actionable results.


The Role:

We are recruiting a Campaign Trader, in which the individual will play a key part in the success of the Campaign Management team.

  • Setup and manage campaigns, providing deep insight reporting and analysis

  • Using programmatic buying technologies – DSP’s, DMP’s to make buying decisions in order to optimise campaigns in line with KPIs

  • Test new ideas, optimisation methodologies and programmatic opportunities to innovate and grow audiences for clients

  • Analysing data to create insights for storytelling purposes, delivered to the Account Management team


Skills & Attributes:

We are looking for a data-driven, numerate Campaign Manager, passionate about the programmatic industry and excellent service to enable clients to be successful.

  • Ability to look at data, analyse and simplify and present back to stakeholders

  • Ideally 1 year + Years of experience within Digital Media/Programmatic

  • 6 months+  experience managing campaigns via Turn, DBM, Mediamath or Appnexus

  • First-class analytical skills

  • A team player, passionate about the phenomenal growth of the programmatic landscape
