become more involved with their clients’ site analytics and demonstrate their credibility in this area with the goal of becoming the go to agency for this.
Role:
The main responsibilities of the Web Analytics Manager role are:

To consult the clients on which analytics package to use or if they already have one, their current use of that analytics package.

To develop web analytics strategies to improve the effectiveness of the client’s site.

To ensure that they are at the forefront of web analytics technology changes so that when new packages are released, they are educating their clients on what this new tech offers and how to implement it.

To work not only in their own team but seek opportunities to collaborate with and upskill other teams.
Profile:
This Web Analytics Manager will need:
-
A proven background in Web Analytics

Confidence with Google Analytics suite – proficiency with both Google and Adobe suites would be a bonus.

The ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-specialists.
