The results are in! 

A total of 150 participants from a range of industries across media, programmatic, and digital marketing completed our recent H2 2021 Digital Skills and Recruitment Survey. 

Here are the key findings: 

  • Hiring is likely to be most active with intermediate manager and junior entry-level roles in 2021
  • The most important technical skills that hiring managers will be looking for in 2021 include Paid Social, Paid Search, Advanced Analytics, Data Management, along with Programmatic and Display. 
  • 42% of hiring managers are expecting to miss their recruitment talent plans for 2021
  • Analytical skills, interpersonal and team skills, ambition and drive, are among the most important soft skills that hiring managers are looking for in 2021
  • 85% of hiring managers say their business are expecting H2 recruitment demand to continue increasing.
