Head of Social and Programmatic at Havas

At Havas we have a pool of agencies we brief for short-term paid social and programmatic contracts. Over the course of the past 12 months, Tokay has emerged to be the most effective recruiter sourcing qualified CVs and warming candidates up for Havas, so that I today am under the impression that we have closed most gaps through Tokay indeed. This is evidence for Tokay having a clear understanding on the profile of candidates that are right for Havas but also to help close them down.
