X2 Midweight Graphic Designer – Experiential Games & Marketing
Location: Flexible (UK-based) | Type: Permanent | Salary: Competitive + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Midweight Graphic Designer to join a fast-growing, creative games and experiential studio. This role will support the growing demand for high-quality marketing materials and design assets for both owned venues and global franchise networks.

You’ll be joining a dynamic and innovative creative team that designs world-class games and experiences, working across both original themes and licensed IP. With a strong focus on enhancing gameplay and customer experience, your work will be critical in supporting marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and game development.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the development of marketing assets across digital (social, web, email) and print (POS, promotional material) channels
  • Contribute creative design ideas to support the game development process
  • Create compelling visual content for multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and more
  • Assist in the execution and preparation of detailed game plans for production teams and operating partners
  • Adapt creative outputs to accommodate language and cultural variations
  • Maintain high standards while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Well-rounded graphic design skills with a passion for marketing
  • Experience in live entertainment, gaming, or experiential sectors is highly desirable (passion for these areas is essential)
  • Strong ability to interpret briefs and contribute creative ideas based on consumer insights
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere
  • Video and sound editing skills for both social and in-game content
  • Ability to work with brand guidelines across brand, POS, and campaign development
  • Familiarity with 3D design tools like Blender, SketchUp, and Vray is a bonus (but not essential)
  • Knowledge of AI tools like Firefly or Midjourney desirable
  • Comfortable working within Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and basic Excel navigation
